The Mumford Effect has the Oilers sedated to realtime dynamics and they are now like the Happy Frog in the Pot of Water.Its why Nurse and Studs are snapping out…Mumfords making them eat yellow snow. This was a dissection not just a loss.
What a disappointment. Oilers need to have some serious conversations if they want to be playoff ready and fast.

I disagree, I’m always uncomfortable with oilers goaltending although it wasn’t at fault tonight.
Game after game it's the same scenario: Draisaitl makes a turnover and the opposing team scores. Draisaitl (-2) is very bad at faceoffs and it makes the Oilers game even worse. In addition to Draisaitl, Bouchard also loses the puck frequently at the blue line or in the Oilers zone. A $9 million man Nurse ( – 3!) is worth a lot less based on how he plays. What to expect from the 70% of Oilers mediocre players like McLeod and the goalies? Answer: not much. Once the opposing team deals with McDavid and Hyman, the Oilers team is "done".😝 pathetic Oilers😂
Draisaitl is the best puck turn over player in the NHL. I like his drawing self awesomeness on retaliation penalties just like last years play off performance. Mr Baby Bucks needs to ask his Captain how to move his legs for 60 minutes rather that trying to float like a boat. Mr other Alternative Captain can learn to control his frustrations as well. IMO they’re swept first round.
