To be fair, our boys spent a while talking about how great our pk had been and how the leafs powerplay had gone through tough times, and they scored 3 seconds into the powerplay
Ehhh, pretty misleading tweet. It’s not like they’re praising the line itself or suggesting that it’s the best matchup, they’re just saying that they think it’s smart to test out how that line holds up against another team’s top line. They even point out that the line hasn’t worked out well lately.
What clowns, the leafs broadcasters are the absolute worst
To be fair… you could put ANY line out there against a team like « Kucherov, Point, and Hedman » in a d-zone draw and I wouldn’t be surprised when they scored…
