I hate to break the news to you but Savioe played 6 games this year and had 5 points, he played great, last year he wasn’t ready to play in pro hockey, I was at his first playoff game. You forgot he played this year, too busy eating buffalo wings
I really like the playoff idea. I also think our arena culture needs more inspiration. In terms of the music and the "NHL experience" , it shouldnt be the same thing copy pasta in every arena. Imagine we had team chants, songs, etc like european football. Each arena could be way more specific to the culture and vibe of the city they play in. We can do better. I think we could do away with the pre game anthems too- yeah, I said it.
Nhl is watered down already. Do we really need more mediocre teams making the playoffs ? 🤔

When there were only 21 teams, 16 made the playoffs. We've added 11 teams, and the playoffs haven't adjusted. Nuff said.
