Moore and Sharangovich both scored 30 goals for the first times today, great day for my #1 and #2 teams
Seeing Kempe become the player he is today has been really cool. He’s just getting better. Dude is a great King. Happy for Moore as well for hitting a 30 goal season, that’s a rad milestone too.

VAN: “Yeah and then we immediately throw the puck out of play for a second penalty. Like, all in 15 seconds! So you get almost a full 5 on 3.”
LA: “And then what?”
VAN: “You dick around the whole time and do nothing!”
LA: “OK that is indeed stupid”
VAN: “Yeah, but get this: THEN you take a penalty, and it looks like we could make it a game again.”
LA: “Wow, what happens next?”
VAN: “Well you suddenly break away and score your own shorthanded goal to seal it!”
LA: “The fans are gonna be like, WTF why can’t you guys be normal?”

Kings win 6-3 and move to 3-0-1 vs the Canucks this season.
Pretty boring game tbh
Pre game predictions looking good so far 😆
* After Vancouver loses tonight✓, they will continue to slide and drop to #2.
* We will overtake Vegas✓ and face Vancouver in round 1. We will be relatively rested due to our much easier schedule.
* They will wine and we will troll them with things like putting 1-3-1 on the back of jerseys. We win the series in 5-6 games and they never forgive us.
* We face Edmonton in round 2 with confidence and barely squeak by with a game 7 win.
* We face Dallas and win the first game. With our hopes high, Dallas beats us the next 4 games.
* We all cheer for Quick to win another Stanley cup. He plays awesome, but Dallas comes out on top in the end.
If Vancouver keeps farting their butts, and Vegas starts farting their butts, we could see a kings/canucks first round and I’d much rather prefer that to anything else right now (and Edmonton keeps winning)

Did anyone else feel like Kempe faked out the Vancouver defender when he was between the red line and their blue line on his SHG? It was right in front of me, and I could swear Kempe looked like he was going to chip the puck in, the Vancouver guy slowed down half a step, and Kempe was like, « LOL. I’m faster than you. Watch. »
Kings can clinch if the Blues lose their next game and the Kings win their next game, I think? There was little doubt, but the Kings are playoff bound unless the unspeakable happens.

With how close they are is it possible edmonton yoinks the division from vancouver? Kings schedule is pretty easy and they will likely keep 3rd
I’m going out on a limb to say… that was the most exciting game of the season. A real glimpse of what this team can be when it’s firing on all cylinders.
