Czarnik is fast and creates a lot of offense and keeps up with players like debrincat,so turns out lalonde proved the whiny haters wrong 😂😂,he gets so much disrespect 😡,you shouldn’t blame the coach when he’s only his second year as an official head coach especially when he’s not the problem and I bet money that his job is not in jeopardy at all.

Petry once again has excellent underlying numbers, I wish all the haters became aware of that. When he is on the ice the expected goals for is so much higher than expected goals against. (I’m just looking at 5v5). In this game he outclassed the rest. Edvinsson was very high, too). He has been way up there, at least in recent games. And the Cat-Czarnik-Kane line was excellent! I hope Lalonde keeps that line.
I think Larkin is one of the most underrated players in the league. I also think Raymond is extremely overrated.
Glad to hear Lalonde stress how important Larkin is to this team. He is a full-on #1 C in this league. Good on him.

Fun fact: Out of Patrick Kanes 19 goals as a Red Wing, 7 have been so called game winning goals, which doesn’t necessarily have to be an OT goal, although those are obviously more spectacular (and he’s got some of those as well). That’s 39% of his goals 😳 He has got 0.155 game winning goals per game this season. Only 12 other players in the league have more than 7 game winning goals (most of them 8 or 9) but they all have played more than 70 games, except one who has played 61. Kane has played 45. Impressive!
