  1. Colorado and Salt Lake City are EAST of us so it makes more sense for them to remain or be in the Central with the rest of us in the Pacific.

  2. If, for whatever reason, the Oilers crap the bed against Arizona, they may as well rest up a few more regulars against Vancouver.

  3. Realignment makes no sense. Edmonton already has the worst travel schedule. Moving to the Central would make their travel schedule even worse.

  4. That "realignment" makes no sense. Both Phoenix and Salt Lake City are pretty much on the same longitude and make for a simple swap rather to somehow justify Denver Colorado as somehow a part of the Pacific region.

  5. Oilers didn't clinch yet. If LA wins every game and Oilers lose every one then LA wins with more ROW

  6. Oil need to play like they have against Vegas and the AVS then first is possible. Exciting times ahead. Bedard is not equal to McD period and is still unproven. Thanks for the update

  7. Yep. If Vancouver wins on Saturday, the Oilers won't catch them. My thought is that they need to win both games against Arizona, the game against the Sharks, a regulation win against Vancouver, and an OT loss against the Avs. I think that would put them 1 point ahead of Vancouver. Having said that, I'm predicting that Vancouver finishes the year with 109 points and Edmonton, IF they can pull off what I listed above will finish with 110 and just barely squeak it out this year.
