I can’t believe the last time these two teams played it was a 4-0 shut out and the Devils were still very much in it. I really thought until very close to the end they would sneak in. Would ending the season with a first round loss to most likely the Rangers have been better than missing all together? I feel like you want to at least be in it. Anyway, tonight being the last game is a bitter pill with all the expectations going into this season, but we can only hope they get healthy this summer and get the key pieces they need to be back in the playoffs again this time next year.

Last Devils game of the season. It’s sad that we had such a struggle of a season. I’m grateful I was able to experience this community through it all. My wife is excited that it’s ending and she gets her husband back for a few months – Lol!
