The NHL should remove the loser’s point. Situations like this would not happen if wins just counted as wins and losses as losses. Making distinctions between regulation wins and OT wins makes the overtime period something completely separate from the game being played and just an extra period being played for a season point. Overtime should just be treated as what decides the game being played just like in every other sport.

RANGERS VS CAPS i have rangers in 6. rangers havent playing their bset hockey lately but they will def win. if they played the best they can, they prob 4-1 theres s sligh chance the caps make it.
