The funny thing is this bill was proposed a few weeks ago and has been being pushed by a group that wants to build a Soccer Stadium at the gravel pit site in Mesa, not by the Coyotes. I hope it gets signed into law. God forbid people get jobs at this new venue and have tons of money flowing into local economies. Those people against it are just closed minded and probably kinda bitter towards progress. Lauren kuby is the owner of changing hands bookstore and she is the one to leads this crap.
