Yes. The potential for goalie injury is relatively high. It would be best to have whoever is next up frosty.
I disagree with Jamie Hirsch about the goalie situation. Freddy Andersen looked a bit tired in Game 2. Remember, he had that long lay-off due to the blood clot issue. His body may be fatigued with (relatively) more work after such a long absence. With the 'Canes up 2-0 in the series, I say put Kochetkov in goal for Game 3. If he falters and the 'Canes lose, then go back to Andersen for Game 4. Kochetkov was great in the last few weeks of the season, so he should share in the playoff games. Plus, he needs playoff experience for when he takes over as the #1 goalie by next season or the season after.

Feels like we could of lost both games. Canes are the better team no doubt but its worrisome we're struggling with the Islanders.
The canes could put Roy in net and still win the series. Most rational Isles fans knew 2 years ago this team isn't a contender.
No reason to switch goalies, yet. While it was clear that the Isles would switch as we have figured out their net minder, they have not figured out the weakness of Freddy, yet. The goals conceded were due to poor defense . Freddy is still getting better and the more game minutes he gets, the better he gets. PK has proven, already that you can throw him in in relief if required.
