Knobber great job tonight!
Gotta admit, I didn’t think Knobber would outshine Woodcroft. Boy was I wrong. This guy was a phenomenal pick up! Gotta give credit where it’s due!

The team needs to get the consistency on their effort levels game to game figured out. They aren't beating a team like Vegas or Colorado showing up like this every 2nd game. Most playoff teams don't have special teams as embarrassing as LA's

Outstanding Coaching Job by you KRIS KNOBLAUCH. Wow!!! This is the best defensive performance by the OILERS IN A LONG TIME. Also thanks to PAUL COFFEY. You had a disciplined structure tonight -playing defense that radiated through out the team…excellent defense in the neutral zone and defense zone. Hats off to your entire team. Nurse was outstanding tonight played great defense especially Tonight. Stu skinner played like ANDY MOOG OR GRANT FUHR. Maybe they spoke with him privately and gave him tips …he clearly looked like a vintage Andrei Vasilevskiy. Bouch was great on D as was VINNY AND ECK. Nurse was fantastic on D. Bouch with the BOUCH BOMB TONIGHT 💥💥💥💥💣💣💣💣.you are right coach it’s bouch’s time. But your coaching along with Paul COFFEY TURNED THIS OILER TEAM INTO A SOUND PATIENT DEFENSIVE TEAM AND THAT WINS PLAYOFF HOCKEY

Skinner was on his game! Credit to all the lines because no matter what we cleared the puck and if we didn't the nxt man wasn't far behind. IMO that win is one of the best I've seen in the last 3yrs playoff wins. Nurse firing on the clears.

Huge win the way the game started. Kings came out pressing so hard. Just look at the shots per period, and in turn our shot! They were playing hard, fast and loose for the first two periods. And man are we getting out hit out there every single shift. I wish we could use our size a bit more with Foegle, Carrick, Ceci, Bouchard and McLeod. Anyway, let’s keep our eye on the prize and come out firing on Wednesday!
