Morning after the game…just wanna pin this comment and say I understand how spoiled some statements come off because there are so many people that do not have the opportunity to attend playoff games (me at one point) and the fact that it’s coming from a 24 year old who has already seen 3 cups in his life…was pretty ridiculous of me. I am a true fan and get emotional after wins and losses and this time I let them get the best of me, recording this immediately after the game ended. Let me have it👇👇👇
Florida has all the ingredients for a cup run again. Its a tough pill when youre facing a team that is simply better.
To end up WC1 and be one of the more dominant ones at that for this to be Florida close the verge of something it hasn’t done in history is astounding I thought at least 6 or 7. The Bolts did this without a bottom 6 and only 1 d pair and Vasy which is impressive. Whomever wins Saturday it’ll be a barn burner tomorrow. As a panthers fan whatever happens on Saturday hoping it’s close you guys made these games hard on us and galvanized us!

I would also like to add ESPN didn’t do you guys any favors with trying to justify the Lightning “being down 2-0 against the rags in the ECF in 21” or “best PP in the league” ESPN and hockey go together like Lightning and water. Im a die hard panther fan and i was feeling this exact way the last 2 times you all destroyed us in the playoffs. At least you got to see them win 2 cups. I just want to see 1 cup.
Feel for ya but you guys had an amazing run…this is our time….i have in my bracket us and Canes in conference and us winning final over Oilers, regardless of who’s in the west, don’t see anyone with our grit, toughness and depth, and with a goalie the way Bon is playing, and I don’t see us taking the foot off the gas, we’ll win Saturday also…..resign Stemkos ASAP and then play cap gymnastics the way we have to and see you in 24/25 😅
As a Panthers fan, if it isn’t against the Panthers, I will root for the Lightning every time. I remember the other two series when the Lightning beat the Panthers. I was delighted when the Lightning won their 3 Stanley Cup Championships. Your team has been consistently good for a decade in a half. You have a great organization, coaching and management. With Viola and Zito, the Panthers have become respected. With Alan Cohen, the Panthers were literally the doormat of the NHL which no one took seriously. Teams came here to practice. Your team is just coming out of the current championship window and the lows that come with it. You will be back. All great teams go through this. There will never be a team that does what the Montreal Canadiens did before the cap era. I wouldn’t be surprised if you guys get your 4th one before the decade is out. If it is the Panthers who make it to the Stanley Cup Final, then I honestly hope that it is a rematch with Vegas! I would love nothing more than a healthy Panthers team with home ice to beat the snot out of Vegas!
Losing the first lead they had after holding it for only, what, 3minutes? That was demoralizing but seeing them get 4 powerplays vs 0 and still lose was just depressing. This was a terrible loss. I've said more but tired out from saying more. Just summing it up with depressing.
