Nobody is denying Florida's better. It's this rule / non call on the tying goal: If defending player (Coyle) has been pushed, shoved or fouled by an attacking player (Bennett) so as to cause the defending player (Coyle) to come into contact with his own goalkeeper (Sway), such contact shall be deemed contact initiated by the attacking player (Bennett) for purposes of this rule and if necessary a penalty assessed to the attacking player (Bennett) and if a goal is scored it would be disallowed (It wasn't).

I think before the series Toronto called the refs and said Boston isn’t getting out of this round. Last 2 games trash officiating. If we’re going down I’d have all my players next game just pick up speed and crash into the first panther they see send them beat to next round.

As a Panthers fan I really hate how we won this one. I think that goal should have been called back and wish Sasha's goal was the tying one. Then everyone would be talking about what a beauty our captain is instead of the refs😅

How much would it cost the NHL to incorporate the refs into a more full-time employment? An NHL game is the single most difficult game to officiate and without proper training, and management of outside distractions (like another job that provides most of one’s living), we get the abysmal refereeing quality we are experiencing. Being an NHL referee should be more than seasonal, part time work.
