As a cats fan I will say I donât 100% agree with the call, but you also cannot win a game with 18 shots and less than 10 across the last 2 periods (i might be wrong but thatâs what I heard)
How about all the goals with the lightning? Refs are totally backing the panthers.
Robbed? Not robbed of the loss. The loss is on them. Robbed in regard to a goal that should have never counted? Absolutely. There's never been a more clear cut case of goalie interference. Even IF they say "well Swayman wouldn't have made that save anyway"… how do you know? We'll never know because his teammate was crosschecked INTO him. I hate the B's… but I hate 1 sided officiating even more. And if anybody can't see that the NHL has clearly given the refs their marching orders for this series I can't help you. It's been just as egregious in the Oilers/Canucks series.
No wonder this smug reporter sucks⊠from NJ.
NHL teams are corrupt. I think I am done with the NHL
Bennett and Marchand are both cheap. SO i would totally believe the Eddie Guerrero set up!
Bennett's goal is fine. In the rule book it says on a rebound contact is fine.
Bâs fan – Refs have been atrocious. Bennett should be suspended, doesnât matter if he didnât do it on purpose. For FL fans that say McAvoys hit was interference – the puck was maybe an inch from Reinharts stick and he was clearly about to touch the puck. That being said – the Bruins have been absolutely dominated pretty much the whole series and donât deserve to win. BUT letâs be real this series could (somehow) be 2-2 if refs called the game right
Iâve yet to hear or read anyone (other than Panther fans and players) say they agree with the call. Iâve heard a few say they can understand how the goal wasnât waived off, but thatâs not agreement with the call.
Bettman Maurice Bennett 3way rainbow đ
Forsling snubbed
Love the Marchand got Marchanded.
Love that Bruins are getting bad call cause they always seem to get the benefit.
It's amazing.
the bruins havent played a good game since game 1. they cant get shots on net and only had 2 SOG in the third period of a pivotal game (in which they weâre losing half the period).
Bennett will do it again, it's his nature. He's smart and knows when to pick his spots, when you're most vulnerable.
Robbed ?đđ yeah okay
No kidding the Bruins got robbed a few times in this series
Coyle was already well in the crease in front of swayman moments before Bennett touched him, the only question is did Samâs push fully cause the blockage, was Charlie far enough away that the push was the thing that caused swayman to not be able to slide? No, Charlie was already well into the blue/crease in the literal exact location swayman had to be to make that play just moments before Sam touched him, so without the push swayman still most likely canât make that save with Coyle right in the way, or at least taking the goal away is very hard and it should be a hard call since itâs difficult to make the argument it was Samâs fault when Charlie was already in the exact space Jeremy had to be before the push was initiated
Stop the gaslighting bruins lost. They played poorly they thought they could just beat up Florida
Go CATS
Look up rule 69.7 you big hockey YouTube expert
NHL is a joke!
1 Star Wars reference. Thatâs the limit.
The Bruins and their fans should be on their knees, kissing the feet of the NHL executives for giving them a way to deflect away the fact that they are being badly beaten.
Ahahahahah cry Boston cry agahahahahahahaha
Ya, iffy reffing, but if a team can't muster more than 3 shots in 20 minutes, then too bad so sad.
Also, wonder if there'd be so much whining if the B's had won?
Ya want some cheese with that wine?? đ€€
The call by the replay officials was correct whether you like it or not. It's the rule that everyone has a problem with. It wasn't a Panther player that interfered with the goalie. The crosscheck took place outside of the goalie area and it wasn't called. It was a Bruin player that interfered and that makes all the difference. Replay rules don't allow a penalty to be called unless it was involved with goalie interference. It makes no difference if the crosscheck took place right next to the goalie area or at center ice.
What Flrodia has to do with bad refs?
Phil is a turd
41 SOG to 18 for Boston. No, they didn't get robbed.
Yo take it easy on Maurice đ
Florida paid the reffs off
Bruins Robbed? TORONTO MADE THE CALL! They were outshot and out played! QUIT BELLY ACHING! Boston STILL HAS A CHANCE OR DO THEY?
START PRACTICING THE EXCUSES!
He was already in the crease blocking Swayman.
Lol boston is absolutely pathetic, they r about to be out of the playoffs on their ass đđ đ
For Bennett to say he doesnât have time to pre-meditate punch in that situation is absolutely Rediculous. Itâs called timing.
Martial artists and fighters practice landing quick punches when closing in on an opponent. Itâs very easy to practice. Especially when an opponent is not expecting a punch at all. This is just as silly as these refs thinking there was no goalie interference.
As a lifelong pro wrestling fan I enjoyed your comparisons! Very accurate. Guerrero would be proud of Bennett in this series for sure
Not a Boston or Florida fan for the record. The officials have been horrible this year. This is not acceptable in a major league sport. The NHL officials are completely unaccountable. This is not acceptable. And to continue to blow calls this badly in the playoffs is egregious. Regardless of the GI rule, how does that cross check get missed? You have two referees on the ice including one a couple feet from the player committing the cross check. What is that ref looking at?!? Officiating this poor undermines the credibility of the sport.
Purely under rule 69.3 goal would have been overturned. But the clause 69.7 makes it a good goal. These 2 keep repeating 69.3. But fails to mention the clause in 69.7.
