Si seulement cette ligne pouvait se terminer mdr. Ils jouent assez bien étant donné qu’ils n’abandonnent pas beaucoup et qu’ils ont beaucoup de rondelle lorsqu’ils sont sur le terrain, ils aimeraient simplement qu’ils tirent davantage et terminent dans leurs occasions.

Off memory I think they scored two goals, and had one goal against? And then one or two goals that they just flat out missed the net.

That line is where offense goes to die and incomprehensible turnovers are born.
Now that we have a coach who will match lines the 3rd line’s ability to keep the puck in the other team’s zone, even if it doesn’t result in a goal, has a lot of value.
We just spent an entire series proving that 5v5 fancy stats don’t matter for shit, what matters is putting the puck in the net with elite finishers. If you look at only this table then they look great on a spreadsheet.
Cuylle hits, Wennberg hits… posts, and Kakko… Kakkos. None of these things end up putting the puck in the net.

The lines been solid and extremely defensively responsible, but the xgf has me laughing because 24 and 91 are allergic to finishing ahaha. Kakkos only goal was a clean giveaway in the slot.
If we can get fil back it would be a drastic improvement for our bottom 6

This is the problem with cherry picked advanced stats. There isn’t a single scenario you’d prefer to have them on the ice over every other teams top line lol

This is where that line is missing chytil. Some one who could shoot would be so killer on that line.
In most series, of this 3rd line can neutralize the top line of the opponent I’d take our top 6 vs the other team’s middle 6.
