    Hughes really needs to beef up his body in the off season. His current build is not strong enough to withstand the harsh environment in the Playoffs.

    For a bunch of guys that weren't supposed to do anything this season they sure rewrote that story – I had a great time watching them and can't wait until next season – Go Canucks Go!!

    Been a Canucks fan since 1993. Long distance fan, lucky enough to see them in Rogers a few times. Obviously disappointed, and I appreciate rivalries and feelings that some folks on here may have towards other teams, and I respect that. For me, this has been a fantastic season watching a great bunch of players and a terrific coach get to the 2nd round. However, I’m now behind the Canadian team left in it. Always rooted for Canada at the Olympics and the Worlds, as the advert said….”It’s Your Game!” Respect to the Oilers, they came out on top, but it was no walk in the park for them. I’m rooting for them. 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏒🇨🇦

    I've listened to Canucks fans all year, McDavid is a cry baby, Oilers are a two man team, they have no goaltending (true) Canucks have 4 lines, better goaltending, better defensively. Wow, two guys beat you, amazing. Truth is better team won. Your goaltender stood on his head in the wins and losses and that's the only reason it was close. If MacLeod gets the puck out on a play a midget player would make Vancouver gets shut out. But I'm not dissing the Canucks who played a great series, just getting back at their obnoxious fans I have listened to all year. Have a great summer.

    As an Oiler fan, first off, we have been in your shoes alot over the past few years so just keep fighting and building. Miller was annoying as F to play against but got respect for him sticking with McDavid. I hope Boesner is okay, Silovs is amazing, we won the series this time, but you guys can be the ones moving on next time, well fought series and I personally felt this series was way closer than people thought from the start. Great to see for Canada as a whole.

    I'm a life long Canucks fan, but to come out in game 7 and do absolutely nothing for half the game was a joke, let's be honest it didn't look like the Canucks wanted to win. Better luck next year I guess 🤷

    As an Oiler fan l give the Canucks lots of respect for their effort. I like Miller,Garland,Hughes for their effort passion and think Pettersson is over rated and over paid. Decent core to build on. The Oilers deserve a ton of respect also as their backs were against the wall and showed their grit to come back and win series

    It's funny hearing everyone say the same things about Shilovs after these playoffs as Demko after the Bubble run. Demko's games against Vegas were the biggest steals I think I've ever seen night after night in a playoffs. That series should have never gone 7, but it did because of Demko.

    First playoff experience for most of the boys, we found our next goalie superstar, we played like we belong in playoffs, with little bit of work and few tweaks in the lineup should get us back in here in no time. Proud of the boys, it was an amazing year!

    If canuck fans stopped believing Oilers are a " two main or one line team", they might do well next year. Also, this belief that the Oilers have no defensemen or cant play defense is completely ignorant and nonsensical, they literally shutdown the canucks the last two games.

    This year was a break through season for Vancouver and this playoff loss will help the Canucks moving forward and next year will be a big season for this group.

    The game plan can’t always be to come back in the last period, to much defensive play in the first two periods, they need to open it up a bit more, and rely on the goalie to keep them in the game, good luck next season.
