  1. Good Pick Enortap, Although I believe with the number of young Top 6 talent coming up for Buffalo (we can't fit them all) eiserman might be the better option as he looks like more of a PP point producer with the spots he has on the ice, he looks like a Ovi Fan out there 😂. However, I believe Buffalo Will Trade The Pick In a package deal for an experienced Top 6 Vet. FYI – Sabres Are The 5th Biggest Team In The NHL, so picking a smaller forward isnt a bad idea. You can have smaller speed guys upfront, as long as your Big in the back in todays NHL

  2. i cant complain about that list .

the rumor in ny was gorton didnt like russians .he passed on michkov .

so that means parekh and yakemchuck are still in play .
    in my opinion 😛
    gohabsgo

  3. What I want to see is when Celebrini is picked first overall ….. he refuses to shake hands and does not wear the SHARKS jersey. He then TAKES A MICROPHONE and says out loud ……."I WANT TO PLAY FOR MONTREAL AND NOBODY ELSE."

  4. In my opinion, if Montreal is unable to pick Lindstrom or Demidov, they will be prepared for a trade for their ( 5 pick + D-man + 1asset ) to a team outside their division. … Tampa … Florida …. Vancouver …. Boston do not have any draft picks in the 1st & 2nd round this year. To me these teams are possible trade companions for Montreal

  5. Huge mistake Professore! Broken leg in the Russian medical system big problem wait for the reports of complications! Been there done that !

  6. How convenient 😂😂 a HABS podcast moving Demidov to the Canadians 🥴🥴🥴🥴 sorry boys…he isn’t falling to #2. This isn’t a Michkov situation.

  7. Seems like we're in a similar situation as last year picking 5th hoping one of the clear top tier top forwards (4 last year/2 this year) fall to us. Didn't happen last year…I guess all we can do is cross our fingers. I think they'll sprint to the podium if either Demidov or Lindstrom are there at #5.

  8. Hmm, Habs got a superstar player that slipped to 5 and the Sens missed the RHD they really wanted, Parekh, and instead seemed to reach based on the "run to the podium" remarks after Ottawa picked. Fortunate!

  9. You don't think Helenius is overkill for SJ at C? Probably great value at 14, but with

    Celebrini
    Smith
    (Helenius?)
    Edstrom
    Bystedt

That's four first rounders from the last three drafts at C in their pool already.

  10. I noticed that the coach didn't pick any players.. I am really suprised you let Demidov go until 5th. Montreal should go dancing in the streets. YOur really close to my picks. Marko might have changed my picks.

  11. In all honesty, the defense prospects could go anywhere in the draft. I would have had Dickinson higher. These picks are very close to what I would have picked. If the Flames come away with Dickinson and Iginla, it would make me a very happy man. Eiserman is wild card in this draft.

  12. This is an enjoyable mock draft to watch, but the key is what Chicago values most. They can always take a blue liner at #20. If they pass on Levshunov and opt for Demidov, then Levshunov automatically falls to Anaheim at #3 as I believe the Ducks made the Drysdale for Gauthier trade with the mindset that they would take a defenseman with the top five pick that they knew they were going to get to make up for the loss of Drysdale. That would leave Columbus to take Lindstrom at #4 and leave the Canadiens to make some decisions. This whole thing would be more cut and dried if Chicago didn't have that extra round selection at #20. In fact, Chicago has two first round selections, three second round selections and two more third round picks in this draft. So they can concentrate on the blue line later and select Demidov if they want.

  13. Demidov, is a slim winger with injuries this year. Russian factor is always considered especially high up at the draft. Demidov falling a bit ? I absolutely believe it.

  14. I think there will be a trade between Calgary and Ottawa that will involve swapping the 7th and 9th overall picks, if Iginla is still available at 7. If Ottawa is smart, they'll let it be known that they are going to draft Iginla. It forces Calgary to make a trade if they really want Iginla. Don't be surprised if Weeger and/or Markstrom are tied up in this trade. Going the other way is a Chabot, Chychrun or even a Norris….. It'll be big! Love your show
