big mistake taking Eriksson he isn't that good he is scrawny and so far this year he suffered 2 concussions. if you wanted to trade seguin you should have kept ference! and hired a d man for someone who can actually skate fast and can score
Ok everyone is already saying this but I think I should just chime in on how fucking dumb it was trading Seguin…look at him now he is one of the best players in the NHL…smh
can't figure why jim benning was ever part of boston he is as dopey as they come he adds nothing and basically is a yes man. as far as chiarelli goes I am glad that stupid fucker is gone now he mismanaged the team Got rid of the best players to keep bartowski and krug? krug was good for one season and that was it as far as bartkowski he was never any good.
jim benning is a total idiot why is he even part of these talks he is obviously a yes man and only repeats what other have said already . he thinks he sound intelligent but he just sounds like the dumb shit he is!
talking about trading seguin because he isn't tough enough and doesn't play the bruins style of game. so they trade him he becomes a major goal scorer and in return they got a mediocre Louis Eriksson? talk about not playing the bruins style of game he is scrawny has never had a fight in his like is a mediocre scorer. no wonder they got rid of chiarelli!
Bruins Brass did everything they could to justify trading him with this dumb tv show. 10:04 "He gives us half of what Kane did we win the Stanley cup". Did that come out of his mouth?? Segs had 4 points in the finals. Kane had 5 points. Also Segs had 8 points in the playoffs. Kane had 19. That is basically half. Segs played with Chris fucking Kelly and Paille. My god I'm still furious over this fucked up trade. Even makes less sense since Horton was leaving!
Sure off ice Segs had some issues. The kid was 21. Marchand was also a party animal. Looked how he turned out. Bruins could have one of the best lines in the NHL right now. If they kept Segs. My god this is one of the worse trades in the NHL.
Couldn't have picked anybody better to narrate this doc series than the great Dennis Leary. WICKED AWESOME!!!!!! I'm from Boston, kid. I can get away with it.
Every GM in the NHL should watch this video to see how the worst possible decision can materialize out of a round table discussion. Look them talking about moving Seguin. These guys can’t get what they need from him? Fire them. No introspection at all about how they might have failed. You remove the replaceable elements of your organization, and you keep your (literal) lottery win
It’s been 8 years and I’m still so pissed about it. One of the worst decisions I’ve ever seen a professional sports team make.

Not that big of a “bruins supporter/fan” but gotta admit this is a good show.
