League should be leaning into promoting this kid while he’s hot. This kind of wholesome attitude is great for the game. Kid plays for the absolute joy of playing, loves his teammates, would do anything for the fans. Doesn’t bitch about playing time, and makes the best of every opportunity he gets.
this is what rangers haters don’t pay attention to when they talk shit about him. they pay attention to the big hits and nothing else – as if they wouldn’t cheer him on if he was on their team.
he has such a positive attitude about this team and his place on it that it’s hard for us not to love him.
Wonder if he will develop more balance now that he’s in the big leagues. I love the big guy but I notice in fights and with hits he finds himself falling awkwardly quite often. Must just come with being a shredded shrek.
God he gets sweeter and more wholesome every day no wonder the entire franchise and fanbase has adopted him.
