  1. Team lost all confidence after last nights game. Hopefully they can get it back tomorrow if they win, but they have one good period and then just stop

  2. Oilers look exhausted, age is catching up to them, put in some fresh legs Perry and McLeod, sit out Yanmar and Ryan.

  3. Corey needs to play against his former team, let him go out and be an asshole, let him get in their head, let your rough boys play the game within the game, because Dallas is that type of team

  4. They need to keep up the physicality, especially the D, whom have been horrendous (especially Vinny, given his size). Skinner needs to not let in softies. Games are a scheduled 60 minutes, maybe remind the team of that. Nurse? Forget it.

  5. I wish he would stop saying "the game is about mistakes". Is that kind of sentence rattling in the heads of championship teams? It's about execution and improvising when things go awry.

  6. Once again we see them turn a blind eye to Nurse. All of us have seen that he is a HUGE reason for goals against. He doesn’t follow the rules the other D do and he’s all over the ice playing areas that are not his to play. That alone is a big reason he’s not where he should be and we just say yeah well he can cover a lot of ice? WAKE UP! Kris is one the vaguest just say nothing to answer everything type coaches.

  7. What I was disappointed is the blind passing. Guys you got to connect in passing. You can't win the battle for the puck and give it away is what I am seeing. Let's go Oiler's

  8. Blows my mind how quickly people criticize this team. I love the Oilers. I love everyone who plays on this team. They lost by one goal two games in a row, both of which could have easily ended differently with shots that hit the post/Otters stick. They got this!!!

  9. need to learn to play an full 60. getting a lead early is nice, but need to actually keep the lead and build on it

  10. We finally face a real team in Dallas. Vancouver and LA were a joke. Every player on the stars are playing well unlike potato petterson last round and useless pld in the kings series

  11. I agree with starting Stu.
He's made good saves, and he knows he has try better.
Obviously if we lose next, we go with Pickard, but I think keeping Stu in is the right call.
I really think we go back to McLeod, and even give Perry a shot.

  12. Dallas brings that game 7 energy to every game. Oilers don't. Bettman isnt gna give you guys the cup fuggetaboutit

  13. We have to get the puck out of the zone, think there were 3 goals last night cuz we flubbed a pass like weve seemingly been doing almost every game the past handful that end up costing us a goal

  14. Even if the Oilers somehow beat Dallas, they will get torched by either the Rangers or the Panthers.

  15. Plus minus is one of the only stats you can use to hold players accountable, especially if he’s a D man, his primary job is to prevent opportunities so if he’s -12 obviously he’s not doing that lol

  16. This team is so frustrating…. Ghahh. Theres ample talent.. but this team cant all play to their potential simultaneously for 60 minutes

  17. Perry ….we would be taking a chance of penalty’s he might take, but he might get on someone’s nerves 🤷‍♂️

  18. Seriously bench nurse and play Broberg. It's literally impossible for broberg to be worse. There's nothing but upside to having nurse sit for a game

  19. Well, look to me Knoblauch start with Skinner on game 4 😢😮. I think he make a wrong choice start with Skinner instead of Picked 😢!. Hopefully Oilers win in game 4 or otherwise Knoblauch will be FIRE !!!😊

  20. The plus minus answer Knoblauch gave about Nurse is such a BS cop-out. Either Knoblauch isn't watching the games or isn't reviewing the video. That -12 stat on Nurse is real. Meaning he directly impacted the cause of those goals. All having to do with positiong, misreads and deflections in his own net. It's upsetting how Knoblauch feels he needs to protect the feelings of a $9.25M Dman. Knoblauch is starting to sound like he's enjoying the ride more than trying to solve the problem. This non-emotional robot coach may be able to bag a gig as the bench boss in the NHL, but he wouldn't pass a Tony Robbins motivational course if he had a hundred cracks at the exam.

  21. Note to Knoblauch…please call Tocchet and ask him how to defend the empty net when the goalie is pulled. How many goals did Vancouver score when they pulled their goalie? Quite a few!

  22. What about defense, bench Ceci or Nurse and stop pairing them together they are the worst defence .. Oilers need to change in Goalie couch, GM spot pickers, This off season i am expecting them to change the defence line

  23. Only way skinner saves the day is if we keep the shots on net to under 20. Anything over 20 and pucks leak in. I find Pickard tries harder and he’s not afraid to dive and flop around in front of the net. Skinner just stands there.

  24. I agree. Oilers blind passing is horrible! Even McDavid has blind passed the puck right onto a Star’s stick! And many of these blind passes are in their own zone which results in a goal or high danger chance!
