Fowlers an actual mutant I’m gonna overhype the shit out of him I hope it pans out

Does he still have 1 more year at NCAA level or two? Either way he’s probably going to need a couple of seasons with Laval as well to cook and get used to the systems there, so I figure it’ll be at least 2028/2029 before we see him in a Habs jersey, unless something goes incredibly well for him.

That’s been said about a lot of goalies in MTL

I find it so funny that the knock on Fowler was that he was not conditioned enough or to translate

They though he was to fat

As if losing abit of weight is impossible and he wasn’t even really fat just scouts focusing on the wrong things

    Works out for us though

  5. Please stop with this BS. Just let the kid develop!! We put these kids on pedestals.

I understand the excitement of watching someone dominate at the NCAA level.
I hope he turns out to be a beast, but goalies can take up to 5 years to find their game at the NHL level.

I hope when this kid falters, we’re not there to kick him while he’s down, which happens way too often in most Canadian markets. I understand the fanbase’s passion, but I honestly believe that if we want to attract and retain talent, the fanbase needs to check itself occasionally; I also understand that the gazette needs to print papers.

So, for the love of god. Let’s the temp our expectations.

in the immortal words of CP 31, “Chill.”

    Go, Habs, Go!!

This has been said about many goalies that never even became regulars in the AHL.

I like Fowler’s potential, but our boy Dobes is looking pretty, pretty, pretty good too!
