Plus important encore, et le gros titre du point de vue des Stars, c’est la blessure de Chris Tanev. Après avoir bloqué un tir d’Evander Kane, il a quitté le match en deuxième période et n’est pas revenu. Joey aborde les options que l’entraîneur-chef Pete DeBoer peut adopter sans que Tanev avance, mais ce serait un coup dur pour les Stars et dont ils ne pourraient peut-être pas se remettre. Edmonton fan here losing Chris tanev is a big loss for Dallas but it’s a advantage for the oilers cause he is a good dman

Honestly the loss is the loss, But the total lack of ANY fight in the 3rd was what has me concerned and disappointed! Not gonna win everyone, and certainly didnt expect to sweep or go 7/8-1 on the road… But GOD DAMN BOYS, Play with some f’ing pride man, No hitting, Total, TOTAL lack of any Offensive effort, The defense in front of Otter was a slap in the FACE to him. So for me, screw the loss, Its what it is, but the total TOTAL lack of a push back, or pride in play, in that 3rd was really really sad to see.
It's been a fun and entertaining series that has been stressful to watch for sure. Likely going 7, not going to be easy.
What power play? Its non existent. They should just say, we don't do power plays anymore because it just sets up our opponents for short handed goals.
Pavelski deserves a cup. Hopefully he can get one eventually. Just not meant to be this year
The Oilers PK has more goals this series than the Dallas power play. That’s something I didn’t expect from this series!

Gotta give Edmonton credit. They coulda folded up after the start we had. And they came back and dominated us the rest of the game.
Pretty easy to do when we give the kind of effort we did. Halfway thru the 3rd period, the defensemen weren't even pressing up. Despite being down 2 goals. Despite the Oilers essentially playing prevent defense.. SMH
Not to mention our PP being absolutely dreadful. Just a bad game all the way around, outside of the first 7 mins or so.. Better get our shit together now that it's a best of 3, with 2 games at home.

Frauds
It’s not that they lost realistically speaking 2-2 seemed like the most likely outcome after 4. It’s how they lost. I saw a team that just quit and gets too comfortable after a lead. You’re not going to win a cup with that kind of play. You have to be competitive down the wire even in games that you lose. Margins are small.
Tanev needs to come back 😬🤞😫🤞 This’ll be a missed opportunity to make the Stanley Cup Final if they don’t make it

They whooped us that game.. nothing good to say about it. No positives what so ever. Hope Tanev is okay or we are in trouble. Dallas plays better after they lose always tho.. all these teams bounce back thats why they are where they are. It was never going to be easy. The oilers deserve there respect here. Lets go stars!
Stars are a great response team. They need to play with that first period intensity every minute of every game they have left this post season. The Stars are resilient, as are the Oilers. Isn't going to be easy.
