Soft top 9. Won’t win with getting pushed around
As sad as I am, this team played well this season. I had a lot of fun watching them win. And of course they had some tough times as well which makes it tough to watch. When you’re emotionally invested in a team, you take the good and bad, it’s part of life. Sucks that we have to wait 4 to 5 months to see them again, but I’ll be there when they return. Hopefully they’ll get it right for next season. See you in October!

I was at the draft in stlouis in 96, and i was 5 ft from neil smith, and i could sense the a hole keenan dealt with.
Thnx guys for the season and the playoff run. I am sad it did not go till the end. If Panthers are a better team and the Rangers could compete with any other team in the league then yeah, either most other teams are bad or the Panthers are really really good. I think it is actually a little bit of both. Some guy in the team are now entering their post prime years and some moves should be done by the GM. They need more fire that Laff had. None the less, great season, great run, go rest some time.

Lavy was part of the problem rolling out a lineup that couldn't do squat……instead of giving the kids a shot he opted for kakko who has been terrible, theres a reason 2 different coaches benched him in the playoffs
I've been a Rangers fan since I was 8 years old. I've been a goalie for almost as long. I would not blame Igor one bit for requesting a trade when his contract is up. That man deserves a ring and he's not gonna get it in NY. I'm still disgusted that we couldn't pull one off for Hank. I don't wanna see the same thing happen to Igor. It seems that no matter how much talent, and no matter who the coach is, this team just stops showing up when it counts the most. I will never completely give up on the Rangers but today I am boxing up everything I own with a Rangers emblem and putting it in storage. I'm taking at least a year off from following hockey. My heart can't take it. I need a season or two to recover from this one.

The worst loss we ever had they are not Stanley cup level players there regular season players that have no fight in them when it counts. Wasting away another goalie who with Trouba, Mika, and Panarin willl never win a Stanley cup nor make it. I mean lost at msg when it counted and didn’t even show tenacity in game 6 like wtf. As a fan who pays thousands of dollars to watch them the team do nothing and have un tradeable players is torcher, every year it’s the same merry go round.
