It’s fine. We got some decent meme merch out of it and at the very least the team can still win while wearing them (unlike the white heritage jerseys that were cursed up until the 22-23 season).
When they do retire it I want either a red throwback since we’ve already had the white version and the green reverse retro or a version that gives us back the original jersey striping pre-adidas (so that they can eventually move it back to the home and road jerseys again).

For all yall whining about it, fanatics specifically told teams to not make significant jersey changes so the devils could either:
Drop the jersey with no replacement which would be kinda silly from a business perspective
Or keep it for at least one more year and reassess after
If we’re gonna see changes, which we probably (and hopefully) will, they’ll be for 2025-26
