It was a great move to free the cap space at no cost… it was a dick move to send him to a team that he put on NO trade list ..Drury gave that awful contract to goodrow with the trade list to than go around it like that set a bad picture and sends a message of why should I make a deal with this guy if he will just find loop holes
Um, ballsy? More like sleazy. I bet there’s a lot of free agents who are gonna think twice about signing with NYR if the organization gets into the habit of circumventing player contracts.

I really don’t like this move by Drury it’s shitty and send a sour to players . Goodrow showed up in the playoffs i get it’s a business but you can respect the contract they gave him ..
