Kuemper can be mediocre at best and kings still win this trade.
Feels like Blake just didnt see him putting in the work off the ice to get better. Motivation is always talked about, but I question his conditioning. Hopefully Ovie and Wilson can get him going. He's got something to prove now, after being tossed aside. Hoping for the best. Kuemper will be fine in LA's defensive system.
Feels like this will work out for the Caps. Bigger role and Carbery as coach is a good situation for finding his game.

How dumb these GM’s in the NHL are😂 this is now the 4th organisation where they either dont listen to those who understand anything or just all are idiots. Anybody who know even the basics of the game, understand that PLD is like toxic, never backcheck, never checks, never get takeaway but does giveaway. Never stops other teams player, zero effort. Huge diva. Washington going to have to find again another even bigger fool GM than them or buyout that one of the worst contract’s in the league.

Blake have 9 lifes. Kings basicly gave Vilardi, Iafallo, Kupari and Durzi(to Arizona for 2rnd what was used in PLD trade) on Kuemper. Vilardi and Durzi can be future star players. Markström trade was win win trade.
I’ll take PLD over DK any day 🤣🤣🤣 DK is not the goalie the kings need. Even if we had to PLD in Hershey will be fine at 8.5 a year. I’ll take an Underperforming skater over DK sorry ass anyday. DK is garbage. This ain’t a diss on the kings because both sides are happy to get rid of their own headache. But honestly YALL will be so frustrated with DK after 2 weeks into the season.
