This could be the best thing ever happen to Calgary. The organization needs to feel the pressure with oilers winning the cup and it goes for the rest of the other Canadian nhl teams
Careful what you wish for, might end up with destination finals like super bowl where you don't get to see your team play finals at home

No its very cool. A tiny bit of delayed gratification. Some anticipation.
We used to watch shows once a week. It worked just fine . This mentality is why a guy like this sits for 5 seconds before he notices the light changed .
The two teams are in Alberta and Florida . 3000 miles apart . Those fans have won already . Their teams are in the finals . They get to watch their teams play. Ratings go down the fewer teams that are left playing .
Hes not a big fan of hockey and he isnt a fan of either team.
Its been a wild ride . Exciting as he double hockey sticks. Media is going crazy. People are engaged and talking hockey. From one end of the country to the other Canadians are paying attention.
But this low attention span guy is bored .
Maybe you can just stop watching, or move on. If you think it’s dragging your clearly not a fan. Go watch golf

Hahahah of course it’s dragging for you, your dumpster fire franchise is wallowing in mediocrity while watching your biggest rivals in the final play against the team that you traded your core to. Honestly, being a Flames fan right now might be the worst thing on the planet.
Do Flames fans have anything else to talk about other than the Oilers. The teams aren’t even rivals anymore.
