Great podcast! Free Agency was a C or D rating. Doesn’t mean we can’t have a great trade deadline.
Predators looking the hottest right now and I think they will be a harder team for the Stars to compete against next year. I could even see them winning the Central.
I think dumba had decent analytics his last season in Minnesota, if he can be just that good i think it's an improvement over hakanpaa and nils
I think they signed all the RD defensemen to see how they pan out, and which fits best. I have NO doubt that at least one if not two or three of them will be traded even before the trade deadline. I think they couldn’t make up their minds and just said let’s try them all out.
Jake is gonna need to stop a few more shots to get a pay raise.
Nill wanted to add physicality at the blue line and did it with Dumba and Boosh. Will it work? Can De Boer figure out how to make it work? Maybe split Heiskanen and Harley and pair each with one of the physical right shot D men?
In the end the Stars lost in the WCF because of their offense not their defense. It's a team that is built to score goals and they have to do it when it matters most.
