I LOVE this
He seriously needs to work on the mechanics of jersey grappling and leverage. He’s insanely good at taking a punch, but that’s not a great skill to highlight.
He needs to minimize how squarely the opponent lands theirs, and get better at setting himself up for his own big KO punch.
His skating is actually pretty darn good for a guy his size, but he does need to work on normal hockey skills/reads as well. Huge offseason for the huge kid.
It’s all fun and games but he’s gotta continue to progress beyond goon skills.
I fully believe Rempe has the talent and speed to be a full time effective player in this league. I really hope he continues to develop those skills, specifically his front net presence with Kreider.
God help this league if he learns how to fight.
That’s dope but I’d also like him to learn to actually play hockey too though.
