   Arbitration cases started today, we will see what happens with UPL

   Ullmark wanted $4.1M in arbitration. Sabres countered $1.8M. He signed at $2.6M for one year. The thought was, « We have this really promising young guy UPL who we think is really going to be something in a few years! »

   Adams, I beg of you, please end the cycle.

   I’m hoping he gets a year at like 3.6-3.7 and if he plays well they extend him partway through the season.

   UPL has every right to want to be paid given his performance in the back half of last season.

   The org has every right to want to see that sustained before giving a long term contract given his lackluster career #s.

   Having Levi in the pipeline shouldn’t mean much if folks are rational. You need 2 capable goalies these days – don’t let one walk because you have a prospect.
