Completely real, the front crest is just a little beat up.

If you have a steam iron, you can go over the logo with it on low power steam with a thin cloth in between and try to remove the crease marks. Not a guaranteed solution but it might help straighten out the logo.
Constant movement is key otherwise you might risk releasing the adhesive behind the logo and loosening it which is NOT what you want.

Real, fake Jersey are easy to spot, the cresting, shoulder and hem stitching aren’t well made. You’d immediately notice it once you see it. I Bought a CNY edition jersey from Alibaba once, never again.
