They're all great — at the end of day it's all luck!
The coments here from loaf fans have me not needing prunes for a few days.
The our team rewards it's fans with results .
We get it. Your support is rather sad.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣!!!!!
⚡🏒⚡🏒⚡🏒⚡ Go lightning 🌩
Get rid of goofus. I meant dubus an idoit and the reason why the leafs will never go any where. Unbelievable
Smaller names, smaller contracts, smaller bodies = BIG HEART!
Zach Hyman and Nazem Kadri are just the players Toronto needs the passion is the key 🔑
Damn a fan that ain’t afraid to call it how it is agreed!
Not only do you not need overpriced "Superstars" they have proven to be highly detrimental to playoff success. With the exception of the goaltender position which is the absolute most important position in hockey by a wide margin. No skater paid over $10M has made it out of the first round since players started getting paid over $10M. The majority don't even make the playoffs. Hard to believe how many NHL teams have not learned from Chicago's precipitous fall out of contention after Toews and Kane's $10.5M contracts started. The Dubious one being at the top of that list.
wow i felt something damn man
Respect man thx 💪🏻
Maybe because, as a Habs fan, I am still in shock about how far Montreal has gone, I am still very reluctant to think they could beat Tampa Bay.
However, GO HABS GO!
This is the most honest description of the Leafs I have ever heard!
As a Montreal fan thank you!
Btw I believe the Leafs were our toughest opponent.
Nice change from the Twitter garbage. May the Leafs find a way in the near future.
well said
I feel bad for leafs fans. Lou had a promising rebuild going and then they went and fired him right as things started getting good. Tavares was the nail in the coffin, a lot of these guys will walk once they get paid in Toronto, at some point they want to win something. Dubas has buried the leafs franchise for the next 4 years.
I am a lifelong Habs fan but any time they've been out of the playoffs while the Leafs are in, I root for the Leafs. I live in the Toronto area and know many Leafs fans and I often feel bad for their gloominess. I would like to see the Leafs finally win another cup and see my friends happy. I hope you keep intelligent conversation going and influence the media and together influence the Leafs organization. I hope you build the right kind of team and some year soon, when fortune does not favor the Habs, you blue guys go all the way. I'll be cheering for you that year.
Let me just say that this is a great video! The letter is well received from this Habs fan! I must say, I wished John Tavares came to Montreal when he decided to join the Leafs. That would have made the Habs better sooner. But for the Leafs, I wouldn't change anything! The one area of weakness the Leafs has had is in net. I don't say this to bash any of the netminders they've had in the past 5 years, but to win in this league, you simply have to have a proven goaltender. If Jack Campbell becomes the guy, then great. But he admitted himself to have let them down in game 7. You can't give that goal! Anyway, that's my perspective on the Leafs roster!
Tabarnakkkkk!!!
Why would you be the fan of a sports team when they have no courage or grit or balls and have 0% chance of ever, ever, EVER winning a championship. F the Leafs.
it is not only a question of working harder, Habs got a almost perfect execution of a smart system, to get that you need all players working perfectly together in the same direction. The trio of Danault did a perfect execution of the plan to stop players like Marner and Matthews…
Smaller names, smaller contracts, smaller players….BIGGER hearts.
What would you pay to see David vs Goliath?
Leagues a set up lol. MTL needed to expand its fanbase so they bought the Stanley Cup with all the money they saved on cheap players 🤣🤣.
When you aquire players like Gally of the Montreal Canadiens who plays with the biggest heart it will be your time. Money isn't everything when you just have that love for the game.
We do suck.
What's happening now, I think, can't be replicated. It's a combination of being overlooked, being surprised with success through hard work, and actually having the time of their lives. They don't have the sort of pressure to perform that high-rank players might feel the burden from. They're kids, having fun, and the veterans are being energized by their youthfulness. I think they're actually going to take the cup this year.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Thank you for this letter,
We’ll do our very best 🔵⚪️🔴
Brilliant analysis. The SHANAPLAN was on track. As a Hab fan I knew we were in for trouble. I was one of the few cheering the Tavares signing. The day that 11 million dollar contract was signed I knew the leafs were on the CLOCK. YOU-COULD NOT SIGN Marner and Mathews for less. We had issues with the Price contact but it was no where near as destabilizing as Tavares. Leafs must win in the next two years or they are in total restart mode
Thx for the encouragement.but in all honesty?? Wtf are Toronto doing like you said.joe Thornton??? Joe fuc*in Thornton?? This guy is the biggest playoff chocker of all time
The feeble feigned platinum fortunately rescue because parent commonly tire an a marked makeup. draconian, astonishing machine
Posted June 28th, I am originally from Toronto. I actually watched the Leafs win the Stanley Cup way back in 1967. But I give up on the Leafs. 50 odd years latrr I am FED UP!!!
They just don't have what it takes. Too nice might be one way to call it. Gutless, anaemic, whatever. I'm embarassed to say I'm a Leaf fan.
This first round embarrassment was the final blow to my leafs fandom and I’m all Ottawa Senators now who’s in a rebuild doesn’t have the high money like the leafs but they’re doing their rebuild properly slow and steady and they have a bunch of young studs in Tkachuk Norris and Stützle just need to have help with goaltending and defence then they will be something in the near future
Weird maple leafs fans 🤣
You should read Bench Boy by Richard Reay. Miike Babcock story
Well said young Leaf fan… well said.
As a Leafs fan, I do a perfect Ron Maclean impression expressing his love for the Leafs after their losses. "I've collapsed a thousand times. Dougie Gilmour was disappointed. When you think of Game 7, it's dead in your heart, but not for me."
Merci beaucoup!
Thank you!!!!
I couldn't hit the like button hard enough.
