Steeves is firmly in the « meh » category where I’m not upset if he gets a bunch of games due to injuries but he’s probably just a tweener AHL guy. That being said, I would have said the same thing about Holmberg a year or so ago and I think he played his way into being a legitimate NHL player.
Organizations need guys like this.

I think if no one else gets added he has a chance to be the 13th forward and split games with Reaves. He’s been one of the better forwards for the marlies.

775,000 which is league minimum and 300,000 in the minors (guaranteed 350,000) and will require waivers to get sent down.
