Yes, that’s right! But any opinions on modern performance cats like the Nacra 17 or an A-cat?
Before you even answered the question on hardest catamaran to tack I said Hobie 14 and the 16 a second before you said it. lol Hardest boat to gybe I have sailed was the old style 16ft skiffs because of the weight. Easy to tack but a b-tch to gybe especially in a good breeze. Capsized quite a few times when gybing in 20 knots plus wind.

I have a follow up question regarding the rudder stall topic:
Could you please explain why the rudders start a humming sound when sailing with higher speeds? Does it have anything to do with cavitation? It is very noticeable in some of your Swedish videos and I know it from my own Nacra Infusion. I think it starts around 13-15 kn of boat speed.

I found the Prindle 18 very easy to tack, compared to the Hobie 14, 16 and the 5m G-Cat. The Prindle 18 is an asymmetrical cat but I guess it's because the rudders run so deep, or so it seemed so to me. I never stalled the Prindle in a tack.🤷

I got frustrated early on by the H 14 being so easy to pitch-pole, spending more time swimming than sailing 😅 that I sailed the H 16s and G-Cats much more until I actually got me own Prindle 😁 and it so awesome a cat that from then on no other caught my eye for quite some time. So adjustable in so many ways…so very seaworthy 🥰😍❤ I feel like it could take on any hurricane 😁
