@Penguins de Pittsburgh

Les Penguins ont un candidat au Top 10 des recrues de l’année. Ai-je voyagé dans le temps jusqu’en 2003 ? Est-ce un rêve ?

    McGroarty-Crosby-Rust
    Bunting-Malkin-Rakell

    That’s got to be interesting, right? RIGHT?

    Edit: adjusted for wingers sides

    Give it two months and the fanbase will be calling for this kid to be traded

    If we do it a third time everyone is really going to hate us and I’ll be living for it.

    Let’s hold our horses because it’s not guaranteed he’ll be like a 1st line winger, but it’s a start and at least we have a young guy to legitimately look forward to.

  5. It’s just NhL “we’re still in the offseason” content. 20 Calder candidates? 3 of them will be finalists, one will win, and about 15 of the players on this list will have lackluster rookie years because the likelihood of havjng 20 rookies pop off enough for Calder consideration is so low

    He was Gaurenteed to be at rookie camp- I do believe this was stated by RM as well. That’s it. Not Gaurenteed to compete for a top six spot. His skating still needs work, it’s below NHL average, and NCAA TO NHL is still a tremendous jump- especially if the skating for a bigger man is in the lower quartile. Nothing wrong with cooking a bit in the A

    Guys gonna look legendary if he gets to top line and Crosby is just giving him goals that are bank shots off his stick

    He’s got long-term potential to be a very solid NHL player. I think he’ll stick on the roster this year, even if that’s not the best situation for him developmentally. Might even contribute 15-20 goals.

    But this is a huge stretch.
