#hockey #nhl #torontomapleleafs #montrealcanadiens En 2021, les Maple Leafs de Toronto et les Canadiens de Montréal se sont affrontés en séries éliminatoires de la LNH pour la première fois depuis plus de 40 ans. 1. of course its mikehyev that misses an entire empty net, we witnessed too much of that as canucks fans this year

  2. "Numbers are funny. They can measure you, time you, and analyze you all they want, but they all know what really matters is how you play the game….You ever hear the expression you can’t measure heart? Well the truth is they can’t measure any of it: heart… want… need…. You can’t measure a dream."

I will be forever sad that Carey Price wasn't able to bring us a Stantley cup. He worked so hard for the Habs and fans from other teams didn't get the chance to see that every night but his play level during that playoff run was something we could see weekly for years. Sometimes he would steal a 2-1 win or was just unlucky enough and would lose 3-2 but Price CARRIED the Canadiens for so long.

  3. 18 playoff games with 0 goals is literally insane. Ain’t winning a cup when that’s your second/ third best scorer

  4. Thank you for explaining how Carey Price broke the Leafs mentally. It literally explains why they can’t win in the playoffs now. Playing your best and most dominant and still not being good enough to win is incredibly demoralizing, maybe permanently, and for an entire career.

  5. Dude perry took out taveres that was nasty. I want to like perry but f him lol

  6. After blowing a gimmee the previous year against Columbus, this was maybe worse.

  7. I would love to see a video about the 2010 Flyers; got in to the playoffs in the last game of season in a shootout with the Rangers, took care of the Habs, went down 3 games to the Bruins and came back, including being down 3-1 in game 7, and finally lost to the Blackhawks. It was one of the most exciting playoffs ever and really felt like a Cinderella story at the time

  8. I still think the Loss to Columbus was worse. Joonas Korpisalo had a shut-out in game one and game five of the playin round.
Pierre Luc Dubois was the offensive star scoring three including an overtime winner in game three. Nick Foligno had his value increase because they looked good versus the Leafs in this play in round.

I do remember Craig Button around game six talking about how Auston Matthews was leading the entire NHL in the playoffs in expected goals.

  9. The fact that your mentioned Habs won 15 of remaining 38 games, while not mentioning due to Covid rescheduling that they had the worst schedule in the entire NHL with games EVERY night or every other night for the last 50 games of the season is a huge miss as to their record.

  10. they almost had it but it killed their career. Playing with their injuries really did a number on them, I think we haven't given them the respect they deserve after what Carey did for the city
