Is that why they never did it last year when there were at least 3x that I screamed at the TV for them to do it? If I saw the opportunity, I couldn’t imagine why the players didn’t.
I saw the clip and he dropped the puck resulting in what would be a turnover in a game, so i imagine thats why torts wouldn’t be happy.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the guy and let me tell you that dude has a WAY better sense of humor than anyone gives him credit for.
I’m sure torts is more than ok with someone attempting that move in a game if they are an elite caliber player. Problem is, flyers haven’t had one of those in ages, so yeah, he doesn’t want to see any of his bums try it in a game and result in a turnover lol.
