  1. You would never pay to get rid of Timmins, you'd just waive him. Hopefully he just plays in the A so he can actually continue to develop. All he does is score points.

  2. The leafs need Lilljegren a former first rd pick. He’s coming in to camp healthy this year and should be ready to blossom. I see him as a top 4 because of his offensive capabilities that were throttled by Keefe. He’s still young.

  3. Update on trade rumor Ducks trying to aquire F Potus Holmburg and RD Timothy Lijegren and C David Kampf from the leafs for Versatility forward Frank Vatrano 50%retained and 2nd in 2025 or 2026 and low pick or prospect
if true or not we will see? Ducks wanted Nicholas Robertson but leafs decided to keep him from rumors

  4. Personally, I don't see Lily as Berube material. He was targeted in the playoffs and will be in the future wherever he ends up. I'd be happy seeing him packaged with someone else for a bigger player.

  5. Dump Timmins AND Robertson. Nicky Bob is too small and is injury prone. He's DEFINITELY NOT a playoff guy …so why all the fuss to keep him? do we NEED another TINY, 20 goal guy who is terrible defensively??

  6. I agree with all these comments. If you’re trying to get bigger and meaner, why keep the 20 goal scorers. You have the offensive players, you know you need some crash and bang guys.
    GO LEAFS 💙

  7. Robertson hasnt played consistently enough for him to accumulate trade value. If he has a good season and still wants out, he could be a piece at the trade deadline or moved in the summer.

  8. I’d personally love to see Liljegren moved because I just don’t believe in him as a player anymore and 3M on the 3rd pair isn’t ideal what so ever but what’s scary is the thought of injuries happening on the backend and having to play a Marlie

  9. Liligren is a 6/7 d-man making 3 mill a year. I hope they trade him. He was on for some catastrophic goals against in the playoffs. A couple times after we scored, he just pinned the puck behind the net, fell, and the other team quickly scored back. He’s barely and NHL defensemen.

  10. The issue is how much do you want to pay to get rid of either Robertson or Liljegren. Toronto fans value these players higher than other teams.

  11. Jarnkrok and Liljegren would be my choices for trade. We have young forwards more than capable of doing more than what Jarnkrok does.
