  1. I was really hoping for more out of Larrouque this weekend. Such terrible luck over the last couple seasons. Glad to see he's healthy. Really hope he can get that development going again.

  2. Once there's an article for this I'll post the link there, but woot had a hockey + star trek combo shirt. Unfortunately it's a Colorado Avalanche shirt though.

  3. 1:15:00 If a player is scratched for five straight games then they can have a two week conditioning stint in the AHL, so Wright was able to go down for five games before being called back up to the NHL level. For whatever reason he didn't want to go back to his Junior team and there was a rule blocking him from being traded at the Junior level before January first, so he was able to delay until the WJC, play there, then get traded from Kingston to Windsor.

The other three AHL games he got were at the tail end of the season after Windsor was swept out of the playoffs.

  4. Lots of new refreshing prospects with clear similar train, puck hawking persistent pests. I love this style and it is a simple yet tried and true method. You don't have to be the fastest, or most skilled, but if you are smart and in their face with your stick in the right place, you can make good things happen. I love it, size with good smarts and defensive teamplay/rotation, you can beat more skilled teams…. and when we are more skilled, well 😀 Let's go Big Money Mike!
    My non major prospects shoutouts
Ethan Cardwell gives me strong Tyler Toffoli vibes. Never a superstar, but a very solid and indispensable presence to the team. Rooting hard for the kid.
Gannon Laroque, just be healthy please!
Nolan Burke could be a sneaky W in the trade. A potential Fabian Zetterlund, in terms of trade value player value.
Braden Hache, a free agent signing that can potentially grow to a bottom 6/7 defensemen, with huge grit and heart?? That's a W.
