Briere is showing incompetence over and over again with the Gauthier Situation and now with Kolosov. It’s ridiculous Agents are going to take advantage him as Philadelphia is becoming a place that no one wants to come play. I don’t blame them since snider died comcast has run this organization into the ground…. He sounds like Fletcher “I didn’t do my job because it would be too Hard” .

I'm really pleased with Jonesey and Danny running the Flyers. It's been a long time coming for me. With Torts and the other coaches, I think the Flyers could be dominant for quite some time. Patience is the key. This team is very young and there are a handful of kids like Michkov and Jett who need to develop. I am 100% certain that Danny will allow these young guys plenty of time to get to the big club. Danny is probably a better GM than he was a player and that is saying a lot. I'm really excited for the future. It's right up there with The Bullies, Keenan Era and the Lindros Era for me.
The Flyers might as well let Alexei Kolosov go back to Dynamo Minsk in the KHL for atleast another year, he's still a young goaltender who could develope in the future; his "homesickness" is more understandable than the crap that punk Cutter Gauthier pulled last year and you might as well cut him some slack.
This is why the Flyers need to draft more Russians (or Belarussians in Kolosov's case) to make Matvei Michkov feel more at home; more Russians less leftist-indoctrinated spoiled college players!

Torts proved to us last season Coots & Frost are not 1C or 2C material. Wouldn’t our wingers score more if they had better centers? We have lost 2 high end prospects, & we couldn’t even draft a #1 D bc of Cutters agent. Forget a high end free agent wanting to come here. Shouldn’t a trade be made for one of the young centers that are on the block? Zegras & Kent Johnson match Matvei’s skill level. Columbus has a stable of centers. They also need to meet cap floor. Pick up the phone so Matvei isn’t carrying this team.

Torts number one goal is to win meaningless games which will hinder this team. He will alienate Michkov, there should be no fireworks with any player, I can't believe Briere said that. Not being able to draft US Development players or Russian goalies in the future, is going to hinder this team. Yegor Zavragin will not come over unless Ersson or Fedotov fail that is not a good recipe. Should have tanked, their prospects are very limited besides Michkov. Dear God touting Eklind, Rodrigo Abols , Anthony Richard is absolutely ridiculous.
