Am I the only one who thinks the ratings for Luke Hughes and Simon Nemec are too high?
Did they finally remove the first initial from Jack and Luke’s jerseys? So sick of seeing J. Hughes in nhl 24

Pesce and Siegenthaler are way too high and Hamilton is probably too low.

Pesce is not an 88 OVR, Siegs is definitely not an 85 OVR, and Luke and Nemo need another year or two before being rated that high.

Considering Panarin got a 96 overall I would argue the forwards are way too low.
Nah bro I may be bias but Bratt has been doing a little carrying when Hughes or Nico is injured

Mercer is a bit higher then I’d like, that’s potential in his rating
Luke Hughes at 86 is all name recognition but I’ll take it
EA’s ratings have always been trash. They put minimal effort into updating the game and people still buy it for full price anyway. I always get last year’s version for free on PSN and update my own players.
Nico underrated. Siegs definitely overrated
The problem with the NHL series has always been that they have multiple leagues at various levels of competition and all players are on the same 100 point scale, so you’re left with really wonky ratings where pretty much every player in the NHL is an 80 overall or above.

Everyone is overrated considering how bad we were last year. I’ll give Jack and Dougie a pass because of injury.
