I’ve been saying that for a few years. You can see it with the cap. The issue is I think we are stuck in purgatory where we can win a round. MAYBE 2. But are not built for 16 wins with this core.
What? The core isn’t going anywhere next season. Mika, Kreider, Panarin, Igor, Fox, Laffy, Key will still be here. The only player who will probably traded or bought out is Trouba. He’s a third pairing defenseman, he’s not even part of the core.
