I always respect any man…any coach that can say…."that's on me! I screwed up!… I gotta do better." That's what a leader does. Takes responsibility. Even times when it isn't their mistake or their responsibility. Takes the blame for the club. That's what a team is!!! The single best this our club has going for it is a tight locker room. When players are playing for each other…and not their own stats or their next contract. Fighting together. Man…that can make up for a lack of talent or speed or whatever. Anything…is possible. FERDA! One faceoff, one shot, one shift, one period, one game and one day at a time, boys! FERDA!!! FERDA boys!
