Didn't recognize you without a hat on…hahaha good to see you again…Look at the drama going on in Boston after Linus Ullmark was traded to Ottawa, and they are at money odds with their starting goalie Swayman. I think Buffalo takes a big step up in the division, and the Bruins struggle early on.

Well I'm so happy that we are back with the pre game show and now I just wait the review , to listen about your opinions and to learn about small things from the game I just watched .
My goal is to be a playoff team that does not get "ran over" in the first round. I do not need to see the Sabres win a round for me to feel like the season was successful, but I would like to see them get to either a 6 or 7 game series. While I'd still obviously be happy with any playoff appearance (given the past 13 years…), getting bounced in just 4 or 5 games would feel meh…
My hopes is make the playoffs and dont be embarrassing in them. Even if we lose round 1 ill be okay as long as we put up a decent fight.
I want the sabres to be in the playoff run from day 1. They need to be hard to play against game in and game out. The stars should shine this year. Afirst round Win and more would be my expectations!

I still think they will not make the playoffs but I just hope they will be in a hunt for the wildcard right till the end – I would be happy just with that.
I will be pretty down the earth this time and rather expect nothing to be honest. Baby steps.

Stanley Cup, that's the goal. It's gonna come down to mindset in the post season to see where we finish. We got that talent and Ruff has the tools we need. 13 years playoff drought to lose in round1? I don't think so, Bring Us That Stanley Cup

You don’t have to win in the pre-season, and winning doesn’t mean you played good. I’m just looking for the system. Is it clear. Is there a semblance of cohesion. What do the lines look like and how do they fit together.
Agreed Wayne , second round would be nice but i think the Sabres finish ahead of the laffs who will miss the playoffs . Almost didnt recognize you without your hat ! 😊
I like Quinn and Kulich better than Olofsson and Skinner- but I think our edge should be our blueline and goaltending. I still want the Sabres to trade for Rasmus Anderson we have the draft picks and young prospects to make it happen, Power Dahlin, Byram Anderson would give us one of the best top 2 pairs in the NHL.

I'd be satisfied if the Sabres made the playoffs by one shoot out loss and won at least one playoff game. I want more, however. I'm just not setting the bar any higher without seeing the team play about 20 games into the regular season.

this year I'm completely optimistic.
goal for the Sabres is to get in and win at least 1 round.
My first goal is to watch these guys play consistent hockey. I know they won’t go 82-0, but I don’t want to be pulling the hair out of my head anymore.
I think making the playoffs and putting up a few wins would be a nice goal.

I was saying to friends that I hope we play the starters in preseason after our horrible start last year. I’m so glad that this is what’s happening. Lindy is on a mission to make this happen.
