1. I hope you are wrong this year. 🤞 Coach carberry can get PLD the coaching he needs, i feel like PLD might be neurodivergent, his answers, his desire for detailed analysis and information on how/what to do reminds me of myself

  2. i thought Marner would have been a good trade, but it would have cost us lap and myro and a first. i like the option of trading solid assets if needed at deadline, its an option by then ovi will have about 30 goals and will need just a few his last year so they caps can go young and inexperienced if they sell. i think it can go the other way pld is really the only ? along with Lindgren replicating last year. but with this D i can see him doing that. so again will PLD be 70-80 point guy? GM BM said outright they were taking risks with playoff upside and they did that without trading away any of their prospects, so if we have to sell off for assets we will be stacked with young players most who are #1 picks. i think its been well played by the GM considering they lost backstrom ,kuzy and oshie. the caps will be fun to watch compared to whatever that was last year. i think Mangiapane has a great year and i think myro steps up ahead of Lapierre and McMichael, tvr we have so much depth at D he will be traded soon..caps can finish 3rd or be a lottery pick, crazy range

  3. Anyone who counts PLD out is just so ridiculously biased. Same people who will scorn the caps for trading a terrible negative value goalie for skill which they desperately needed, but meanwhile they'll pat the habs on the back for taking an arguably worse player in Laine who suffers from all the same cited problems but has actually done nothing in the past three seasons.
