@Lightning de Tampa Bay

    They’re talking about event organizer as a third party… did you buy these secondhand through something like Stubhub?

  2. Kind of shitty that the Lightnings official press release says:

    « Single game ticket holders inquiring about refunds should contact their original point of sale »

    Also Lightning: « LOL No »

    And that’s when you initiate a chargeback 😂

    That’s rather embarrassing by the lightning organization

    Been going downhill since we let Stammer go 🫠

    I ran into the same issue. I waited for 40 minutes to talk to someone on the phone and got the same message. After I hung up my online ticket had a Refund button which naturally had an « unexpected error has occurred » message when using it. Now the option is gone. It’s pretty frustrating when the official news release states you can refund your purchase. Not a great way to treat your fans.

    I hate to say it, but it’d be easier to just sell on TickPick vs deal with ticket master and refunding. Hell you might even make money

    I’d say give it some time since the reschedule was just today. Ticketmaster is also notorious for being awful at everything. I’d say try again on Monday

    Ticketmaster specifically states no refunds in their sales agreement. It’s not all TM though, the NHL and the teams had to agree to such piracy in the TM contract. Same for ESPN and their little pirate gig, ESPN+
