  1. The Hockey Gods turned on the Habs when they drafted Doug Wickenheiser. Sure, they've won cups since then , but they've never dominated like they did in the 70's. We need an Exorcism. We could sacrifice a Bruin or something.

  2. Love Toronto fans can’t acknowledge buddy literally slides his knee on purpose to create a knee on knee. Dirty hit good thing the sherif intervened…

  3. Reinbacher's fall looks a lot more serious since his whole weight dropped on the knee looks like most of this season is over.

Laine's hit wasn't full weight and suggests a bone bruise or slight tear of the meniscus which may take him out for about 6 weeks of season play.

Indeed, the Hockey Gods are demanding that a sacrifice be given them in return for a reasonably safe passage during this regular season.

I hope the hockey club are using a fMRI (functional) MRI which shows live movement of the joint in real time so that the surgeon has the best view of what is happening inside that knee. If Bobby Orr's doctors had access to this type of MRI they would have known NOT to cut out the torn part of the meniscus & simply feed Orr the proper types of collagens & proteins to aid in healing without surgery.

  4. MTL isn’t cursed it sports. Toronto is garbage will never win all show and no go. Take a breath and relax

  5. The good news is the Leafs are never going to win a cup a gain, and pare will never have a pro hockey career that last any amout of time. Pare will be working a mcdonalds soon.

  6. dont pretend to care lego u sellout…u get thousands of views and theres alot better channals

  7. Aggressively poor Patrick tried to run through 2 guys Get well soon 🇫🇮👍 Or is it hockey accidental retribution for Tavares?

  8. Given the fact that Xhekaj left the Game after that (less than 5 minutes in), and Paré finished the game, the TSN crew thinks any supplemental punishment will be minor if it comes at all.

Note: this was said by the play-by-play and color commentator in the immediate aftermath. I was also watching the Montreal Alouettes play the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL and didn't watch the intermissions.

  9. Curses asside. Was not an nhl deman that jammed patty. So……its game on for game 1. Id have Florian in game 1, part of taxi squad 1st 10 games with kappanen.
Opening puck drop. Lw andy, center pez rw arber. Def struble and savard. Might not like it but Leafs gotta pay. ………and pay…. Ghg! ❤

  10. Mark Shiefle had a cleaner hit on the habs. Ghost of Matt cook took lianes knee. Toronto=dirty

  11. I had no idea that guy even signed to play for the habs I remember when he was drafted man he turned out terrible

  12. Pare is a coward.

First for kneeing Laine then for not answering the bell.

He’s lucky Arber kept his glove on.

If he didn’t like Arber going after him I’m sure he’ll hate playing against Florian in the AHL if he even plays there, Pare has no business being on an NHL roster, pre-season or not

  13. Blame ahlers and east coast players playing nhl, blame the refs blame the league, this happened because the play was the fast for him and thats why the knee came out. Nhl needs to end these useless pre season games maybe 1 or 2 max.

  14. Pare doesnt even take his gloves off? You slow bro? Pare got jumped by a goon that also didnt take his gloves off. Dude just cost himself 15 games for fighting a guy that didnt do anything wrong

  15. Montreal le comedians in action again 😂 patrick laine deserved it he is just primadonna on skates 😂 locker room cancer. Enjoy picking in top 10 again😂😂

  16. Habs can't catch any good kind of 'break'. Not blaming it on devilish deals or celestial alignment. Hopefully they'll plow through this year and perform decently. If it's any consolation, the Bruins are knee-deep in a goaltending quagmire of their own making. With this, and the impending collapse of the Lightning, the Caps, and the Penguins, the Michkov-led Flyers are set to get a playoff spot. Not all that enthused abt Yzerplan either.
