This game was like a Mexican telenovella, it had a villain and then retribution on the villain in very dramatic ways. Much drama and emotion. In a game that was completely and utterly irrelevant to all but a few 4th liners hoping to hold on to a spot.
There was even a Sheriff. It’s pre-season and 2 game misconducts.

Props, good fight, both guys, like the heat from Dach.
But what the fuck is up with this preseason? Some good, mostly bad. Refs aren’t mentally back from summer break. Fights. BIG HITS. Angry players, sad players. I know other years have had things happen too, but good damn it feels closer to playoffs than preseason.
This game was perfect. It was a message to the entire league. Don’t go after established NHLers in preseason or you pay all the way to the final whistle.
