sign him as an insurance policy for this team wings get bullied alot out there and for a gifted young core of players they need a little protection from some of them nasty playing teams that are in this league that get away with ending players careers with cheap shots miraculously overlooked by the dei referees thats in the league now! 🤷♂️🤔👍
Watson belongs in the Detroit line up. He's an aspect the Wings have needed for a very long time.
That being said. This coach is such a pussy, he'll probably let him die in the AHL. I would hope Stevie Y would keep him up here. The Wings need this guy on the team. That's IMHO of course. "Good luck Mr. Watson, it's elementary my dear fellow."
Sign him. Bring back the physical part of the game. We need it.
Like to see him has 13 man for the wings we need to get rid of a defense man and a goalie and keep him
I like him, he seems like a tough strong guy
I like him but with years of Steve's picks now getting close guys like Casper, Danielson, Mazer, Soderblom, all these guys are close, even Brandseg looks good. Maybe sign Austin and send to GR for insurance against injuries. He can help us but there's so many good players, it's tough, I'm torn.
We need this guy, there’s no one to fight and stick up for people on the roster right now, Veleno hasn’t been cutting it this camp so I’d say take Watson over him
A great addition for any team like Detroit in the play-offs.
