Est-ce arrivé à quelqu’un d’autre ? Je viens de recevoir un e-mail concernant l’annulation du match des Panthers. Cela ressemblait à du spam au début mais j’ai vérifié mon compte et ils sont effectivement annulés.
Avez-vous déjà vécu cela avec Ticketmaster ?
J’ai posté il y a quelques mois, nous venons d’Europe pour voir le jeu….

How did you pay when checking out? TM has been cancelling tix elsewhere for people who use payment services or payment plans. Know of one who attempted to use a pay later and this happened. Also happens when people use VPN. Never had an issue with a verified normal credit card on account.

On my local news there’s been several stories about problems with Ticketmaster. Apparently they were hacked. 🤷🏼♀️ peoples tickets being transferred and cancelled.
my guess is this has something to do with a foreign transaction. if you’re coming from europe and rebuying id try to see if someone in the states will buy for you and transfer you the tickets

Ticketmaster is a multi billion dollar company whose sole purpose is to service customers. They must have world class customer service and plenty of live agents who can help you resolve this …
